These are just services i like and use. Most of them are focused on privacy and the user.
For email, if you are a normal person but care about privacy, use ProtonMail (they will save your IP even if they claim they don't), Onionmail is my personal favorite. Your best option will always be to host your own (proton is trash, i just recommend it because).
For your domain, use Nicenic, Namecheap or CloudFlare, for the hosting you have Cockbox, PrivateLabs (my favorite), and Shinjiru. If you want a chat service (Like whatsapp), you can try Tox chat, Signal and my personal favorite Matrix. You can always use Telegram of course, but its not my fault if you get snitched on ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Operating Systems.
Avoid Windows and macOS, instead use any GNU/Linux distribution or *BSD variant. If you want a 100% free system check out the FSF endorsed distributions, i personally use Arch Linux but i recommend Ubuntu or Linux mint for newbies.
